More than just a yoga practice! Experience the dynamic, ever-present life force energy that is within all of us!  In this yoga practice, we will experience creating, moving, and feeling Prana in our bodies through pranayama/breath work, movement, stillness, & Pratyahara (withdrawing of the senses to go within, opening your "internal vision").  We will "Play with Prada" and use this vital life force energy to create healing in the body.

As the seasons shift, so too can we. Join us for a guided somatic breathwork and sound healing journey designed to help you release what no longer serves you and embrace the abundance of the upcoming harvest season. Through an activating three-part breath, you’ll clear away emotional debris and let go of stuck emotions in the body. We’ll explore letting go with ease, flowing with life’s changes, and creating space for new growth. Together, we’ll honor the emotions of grief, surrender to the experience that follows, and open ourselves to the abundance this new season offers.

This is your time to pause, breathe, and connect deeply with your inner self. Whether you're carrying the weight of past experiences or simply seeking a moment of peace, this session will guide you in finding the balance between releasing and receiving. All are welcome.

This experience includes meditation, transformative somatic breathwork, music, sound healing, and integrative journaling. To prepare please have water, a yoga mat, eye mask or eye covering, journal, & pen nearby.

“I’m only here for the savasana”
What’s the right way to do savasana?  Is it even necessary?  How come I can’t stop thinking and feel so uncomfortable, or vice versa: how come I never wanna LEAVE savasana!?  LOL
We’re gonna look at the science of savasana, the diaphragm and breathing apparatus, and the issue of ‘subject/object interference’ (fancy term for DISTRACTIONS).  We will practice three methods for achieving savasana quicker and easier, and answer questions about specific issues or experiences you may want resolved.  Be sure to check out this informative and highly useful workshop at Transcend 2025!!

Together we will ground into the circle together through a guided meditation and chant the sacred syllable of "OM" resonating with the sound of the universe. Complimentary "OM Charged" water will be offered at the end to offer hydration, cellular movement and support the integration of this vibrational healing. Through chanting together, we get to release stagnant energy, connect with the life force energy within ourselves, induce natural altered states of consciousness, and heal on a vibrational level.

This practice can deliver to you whatever you need in the moment: throat chakra activation, connection, transformation, discipline, focus, awareness, depth, oneness with self and the universe, peace, release, harmony, etc. This practice is quite simple yet extremely profound.

Kirtan is a musical Mantra experience sure to open your heart and connect you with your community. In this call and response style mantra singing, we call to the divine through traditional Sanskrit mantras activating a heightened level of consciousness and expanded sense of connection to ourselves and the world around us. The bonus...it's a blast!
