Transcend Fest 2025

In Tarot 101, we will go over the fundamentals of the elements in Tarot. This allows students to begin making their own connection to the cards and easily understand the energies without memorizing all 78 cards. Students will be guided through a meditation to assist them in trusting their intuition and releasing any personal perceptions before they begin reading for themselves. This easy to follow class will build students' confidence and break down barriers allowing them to fully enjoy the fun of Tarot.

Join Kate for a Visualization and Journaling Experience that will help reflect and align you with your higher calling. Do you ever ask yourself if this is really what you want in life? If where you are and what you are doing is really for you? Come take some time to visualize and write down your dreams and thoughts and start to realize what it is that truly calls to you.

This experience will begin with some grounding, centering breath work, followed by small movements to help us tune in to our “internal” world. You’ll then be guided through a series of visualizations that ask you to examine yourself, your life, and dream about all the potential there is. You’ll come away having a clearer vision of what it is you’re seeking and some actionable items to help you on the path to get there.

Get ready to experience 1-on-1 healing like never before. In this deeply intimate workshop we will use spirit guides, crystals and other healing modalities to discover the root cause of traumas back through generations. Max 20 per class.

Color yourself calm with some gentle movement, guided meditation, and coloring your very own mandala. Mandalas are mystical symbols, typically circular and geometric in form, and represent wholeness or unified energy. They have played a role in Eastern spiritual development for centuries, and are widely favored as meditational focal points because of their balancing and calming effects. The practice of coloring mandalas is a way not only to focus your mind and calm down your awareness but also to open your heart. As kids, we were constantly doing things with our hands and colors. But as adults, most of us have stopped doing that. We've lost our creative outlet. Until now! Not only is coloring mandalas a fun and creative activity, but it has been shown to have therapeutic benefits such as reducing stress and anxiety, improving focus and concentration, and promoting relaxation. This workshop is open to people of all skill levels, even if you think you're not an artist! We'll begin with some gentle breathwork and movement (no need to bring a yoga mat--we'll do this in our seats), then I'll walk you through a guided visualization to awaken your creative energy. I'll teach you about the meaning of mandalas and the symbolism behind the colors you choose to use, and you'll get to color a beautiful mandala and tap into your inner artist.
