Kirtan is a musical Mantra experience sure to open your heart and connect you with your community. In this call and response style mantra singing, we call to the divine through traditional Sanskrit mantras activating a heightened level of consciousness and expanded sense of connection to ourselves and the world around us. Sama will take you on a soundscape journey. First, you will be taught how to find your own healing vibrations through humming and mantra. After a short guided meditation, you will lay back and receive an immersive vibrational experience. Sama will move through layers of gongs, crystal bowls, chimes, and other sacred instruments weaving in and out vocal toning to offer a cellular rejuvenation and relaxation from head to toe.
