In this class, Kellie will facilitate breath awareness and control to calm anxiety, remember who they are, and move the energy into a higher self. The physical practice is slow and steady, with some holding of poses to develop a strong mind.  Kellie is extremely keen on cueing detailed alignment to hold the pose with some ease. You will be reminded to tune in to your pain points and rest to find a balance between effort and ease! When the alignment of the pose is precise, holding can be uplifting. We will tap into the Solar plexus to burn a radiant fire and bring it to the heart. We gather the energy from the heart, bring it to the throat, and make some sounds. Humming, buzzing, ommmimg. With that vibration, we go into stillness and seek what it is their practice brought up and pick a word to take with them off the mat.
