“I’m only here for the savasana”
What’s the right way to do savasana?  Is it even necessary?  How come I can’t stop thinking and feel so uncomfortable, or vice versa: how come I never wanna LEAVE savasana!?  LOL
We’re gonna look at the science of savasana, the diaphragm and breathing apparatus, and the issue of ‘subject/object interference’ (fancy term for DISTRACTIONS).  We will practice three methods for achieving savasana quicker and easier, and answer questions about specific issues or experiences you may want resolved.  Be sure to check out this informative and highly useful workshop at Transcend 2025!!
