Sweat it out, bounce and JUMPstart your Transcend Fest experience with this amazingly fun cardio rebounding class on Jumpsport mini fitness trampolines. Rebounding classes are a great way to build muscle, balance, and endurance, all without hurting your joints: moderate-to-high-intensity with little to no impact!  Plus they're so much fun you'll barely realize it's a full-body workout.  We are so excited to be offering trampoline classes again this year. After learning the basic steps of Latin music we will lean into our creative flow. Through a unique mixture of flowing movement, breath work, tribal dance, introspective meditation, and chanting we will awaken our rhythm and leave feeling empowered and confident. Together we will reach for expression, not perfection. There will be opportunities to slow down, feel the shift within ourselves, and reconnect to Divinity

Dub Yoga combines asanas and sun salutations from traditional vinyasa and movements from the Caribbean culture.  Starting and ending with a heart beat ridden, nyahbingi meditation, breath work, floor work, and building flows to reggae and dancehall music.  Building to a release of energy through dancehall and soca moves.  DJ C-Lioness will be running the big tunes and live beats by Drumming with Cam.  Guided by teacher Mark Longenecker.

This session combines deep stretching techniques with innovative Yoga Trapeze to target tension, improve flexibility, and enhance overall body alignment.

Whether you are dealing with stiffness, soreness, or simply looking to unwind, this workshop offers a unique approach to recovery. Using the Yoga Trapeze, you will experience supported inversions, gentle stretches, and decompression for your spine, leaving you feeling lighter and more relaxed.

At the heart of freeform movement lies the power to release inhibitions, let go of stress, and connect deeply with yourself and others. Join the festival community for a cathartic experience that embraces all emotions – from pure joy to quiet contemplation. It is in this space that we tap into our inner strength, resilience, and creativity, fostering a sense of belonging and unity within ourselves and community. Your facilitator, Lauren, will lead you through an opening meditation to center and connect to the breath, body, and spirit. This practice morphs into the beginning of movement and stretching and eventually releases into freedom to move as you do and experience yourself.

Ghost Pipe is the spirit-channeled experience of holistic psychotherapist and graduate professor of psychology and counseling ConnorWills. Ghost Pipe is meant to be more of a sound healing than a DJ set. Folks in attendance can expect to hear sampled vocal wisdom from Indigenous leaders around the world, experts in trauma healing, and other reminders about self-love woven in over each track. Ghost Pipe sets tend to lean toward organic tribal beats from West Africa and South America with dubby drops peppered in, but are always 100% unplanned and improvised moment by moment based on the energy of those in attendance. Come experience music as a modality for healing!

Ecstatic Dance is an inclusive, drug and alcohol-free space where authenticity is cherished. Within this realm, we allow for the music to be the gateway to authentic expression and as an invitation to explore your body’s innate wisdom.

This hour long Hatha/Vinyasa practice is a whole body, mind, breath experience. Incorporating pranayama, Meditation, and Asana, & ending with a body scan meditation.

All levels welcome.

"Inside Flow" is a style of yoga that combines traditional yoga postures with music, where the movements and breath are synchronized to the rhythm of a song, creating a flowing, almost dance-like practice that aims to align your energy with the music and induce a meditative state; essentially, you "sing a song with your body" through movement and breath, based on the Vinyasa Flow style of yoga.

Basically, we are like Yoga back-up dancers. :)

Sama will take you on a soundscape journey. First, you will be taught how to find your own healing vibrations through humming and mantra. After a short guided meditation, you will lay back and receive an immersive vibrational experience. Sama will move through layers of gongs, crystal bowls, chimes, and other sacred instruments weaving in and out vocal toning to offer a cellular rejuvenation and relaxation from head to toe.
