Anne St. Hilaire is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Associate (LPC-A), a Certified Yoga Teacher, and a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS) who believes that healing, expansion, and growth happen in community. As the founder of Awakened Connection, LLC, Anne helps those around her tap into their innate wisdom, find their true purpose, and awaken their connection to life. As an individual in recovery, Anne has a true passion for working with those seeking freedom from addiction as well as limiting beliefs and behaviors.
