Charlie creates a fun and dynamic yoga class to have you move based on physics and anatomical movements. He is a 500hr trained core strength vinyasa teacher by Sadie Nardini, an anatomy-based system to getting into yoga poses smarter, safer, and stronger. He is E-RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance and certified to teach yoga by Kim Valeri of Yoga Spirit © Studios. The training is Iyengar-inspired with a fusion of Kundalini and Surat Shabda Yoga
