Kristin is a seasoned fitness and wellness professional and RYT 500 yoga teacher with over two decades of expertise in movement and mindfulness. Specializing in viniyoga and vinyasa-inspired yoga freestyle and yoga-fusion, she seamlessly integrates elements from her background in athletics, dance, and various certifications, including aerial yoga, mat Pilates, strength training and more. Kristin’s diverse background and understanding of yoga's therapeutic potential, gained through her work with cancer survivors, shape her teaching philosophy and commitment to overall wellness. She empowers participants to better understand their bodies through engaging classes that integrate various modalities. With years of training in dance and athletics, she offers a holistic approach encompassing physical, emotional, and mental health. As a veteran science educator, Kristin incorporates an educational framework into her workshops, helping attendees grasp the “why” and “how” of movement.
