About me
Michelle lives a life dedicated to health and wellness and sharing it with the world through yoga, meditation, and public speaking. Michelle has a uniquely articulate sense of body awareness, a lighthearted sense of adventure and humor, and the communication skills to genuinely connect with and lead others. Specializing in adapting yoga and meditation to suit all, she works with a wide variety of humans from elite athletes and advanced yogis to cancer patients and stroke survivors. Michelle leads large group mediations and breathing practices with high-school/college students as well as athletes/teams helping them to process anxiety and stress while re-focusing the mind on positive outcomes.
