About me
I have been working in the fitness industry for over 20 years, teaching a wide variety of fitness formats, including Spin, Boot Camp, Kickboxing, and Dance. Among all these formats, Dance is my greatest passion, and I have even created my own Dance Fitness program. I have had the opportunity to travel internationally, training and empowering numerous individuals through movement and mindset. I have been a dedicated yoga student for many years and have attended dozens of retreats.
Although I never had the desire to teach, I felt a strong connection to my yoga mat during the pandemic. I explored various training options and eventually found the perfect fit. Initially, I enrolled in a 200-hour yoga teacher training program to enhance my practice. However, as I neared the end of my training, I discovered my passion for teaching yoga.
After obtaining my yoga certification, I discovered Inside Flow and instantly fell in love with it. This practice beautifully combines movement, music, and breath, creating a moving meditation experience that I truly cherish. It has been a privilege to share this gift with others.
I have become drawn to classes that involve not just the body, but also the mind and spirit. My goal is to create a welcoming and safe space for everyone who attends. As the Bhagavad Gita states, 'Yoga is a journey of the self, through the self, to the self.' I am grateful for the opportunity to be part of each other's journeys in any way possible.
